What it is not

It is not a maritime authority, intelligence service, trading platform or security adviser. Information is general and should be cross-checked before operational or economic decisions.

Next phases include broader official-notice coverage, historical visualisations, original context pages, a correction channel and—once an audience exists—limited monetisation clearly separated from classification.
